Refunds and Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Vincent Communication Inc., a cash refund can be requested as long as the customer contacts Vincent Communications Inc. within 72 hours after the customer receives their order and the complete order along with original packaging is returned to Vincent Communications Inc. within 5 business days.
- All orders that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, so please call us if you are not sure about your equipment purchase.
- A nominal $5.00 handling fee is added to all orders to offset added UPS fees that are assessed for omissions and errors that are made when a customers exact address is not correct.
- All shipping cost are non-refundable
