The ECA-295 is a solid aluminum 12 volt cigarette charging adapter that is made to fit directly on a Bendix King LAA-0139 or any BK style clamshell. It allows the user to charge any device that has a cigarette adapter charger. It pulls the voltage from out of the nine "AA" batteries in the clamshell and re-charges the other devices battery. 

A must have for emergency responders in the field during power outages.
