Announcing the new "Tactical" Feature Set (TFS) Option

 Kenwood's Tactical Feature Set Option(TFS) is a suite of special operating features designed for Kenwood 180 Series portable & mobile radio models.

The TFS option permits the user or technician to operate these features in 180 Series portable or mobile radio controls. The Tactical Feature Set allows users to:

• Create a Tactical Zone (up to 250 channels) using any Channel or Zone already programmed for an Interoperable solution "on the fly"
• Clone the Tactical Zone to another radio
• Tactical Zone Re-Programming
• Any channel parameters can be re-programmed (includes frequency, QT/DQT,ect.)
• Individual parameters can be blocked from user accessibility
• Password protection available to limit access to authorized users
• Tactical Zone OST- Operator Selectable Tone list dedicated to the Tactical Zone
• Please Note: Option cannot be retrofitted, must be installed by Kenwood
• Option is compatible with serial number 805xxxxx or later
• Use of the Tactical Zone features reduces the standard maximum Zone capacity of the radio to 127 Zones
